Mike is a born and bred Nelsonian and embraces giving back to local community groups.
Outside of his work-life, Mike enjoys camping, travelling, supporting sports teams, and spending time with his family.

Tim Hymers
Director
Tim has over 10 years account management experience in which he has supported a wide range of clients from enterprise accounts to small business. Kevin started in the Office Equipment industry in 1980 with Nashua (now known as Ricoh) in Wellington. A simple philosophy of putting yourself in the customers shoes and ”It’s the putting it right that counts” has Kevin building very good relationships with his clients.
Rowing is Kevin’s passion out of the office, A life member of the Nelson Rowing Club, most weekends he is either coaching or rowing the waterways of NZ.

With 30 years’ experience across the business, Sue keeps the wheels turning ensuring we provide excellent service and the support you expect. As Operations Manager Sue is responsible for all procurement, including the equipment required for your custom designed solution.
Sue enjoys relaxing with a good book, or detoxing in the garden after a day of juggling the array of tasks that inevitably land on her desk.
Marg Wilson
Service Controller
Marg is the friendly voice that greets you when you call our Blenheim service center, she ensures you get the best quality service from the team and is even handy with a screwdriver when necessary.
When she’s not helping you she can often be found in the garden or the kitchen, being an avid cook, using her home grown produce.
Jason Gibson
Technical Team Leader
Jason recently joined our team after a successful tenure with another print provider, bringing over 30 years of experience in the copier industry.
Renowned for delivering top-quality service across the Top of the South, Jason thrives on solving technical challenges and assisting customers with their needs.
In his free time, Jason enjoys cycling, kayaking, and embarking on weekend adventures with friends on his Royal Enfield 650 motorbike. His dedication to excellence and passion for customer satisfaction make him an invaluable member of our team.
Marvin Paquis
Service Technician
With over 20 years of experience in office equipment, general electronics, and information technology, Marvin Paquis is a seasoned professional in the copier and print service industry. Having recently relocated from Kerikeri to Blenheim, Marvin has joined our support team, bringing his extensive expertise and commitment to exceptional customer service.
Marvin has worked with leading brands such as Brother, Canon, HP, and Konica Minolta, excelling in equipment delivery, installation, repair, and refurbishment. His career highlights include serving as a Team Leader and Photocopier Technician at Ricoh Cook Islands, where he managed daily operations, mentored fellow technicians, and maintained specialized printing and production equipment.
A Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate from PATTS College of Aeronautics, Marvin also holds a Microsoft Technology Associate certification in Networking. His technical skills span a wide range of devices, including multifunction printers, wide-format scanners, and interactive LED monitors.
Outside of work, Marvin enjoys nature photography, basketball, running, biking, and hiking, reflecting his active and adventurous spirit. His dedication to both his craft and his team makes him an invaluable addition to our Blenheim-based support team.

Fraser’s strong background in the IT industry gives him an edge at solving tricky networking issues. His experience shines a light through the mystery of networking and complex IT environments providing speedy resolutions to your most perplexing issues.
When not problem solving Fraser enjoys getting behind the lens to capture some of the regions most beautiful images.
Mark Deans
Customer Support Consultant & Workshop Technician
After swapping the construction site for our technician’s workshop, Mike is fast on his way to becoming a machine refurbishment extraordinaire, learning the inner workings of our products while keeping up with the latest training.
Aside from having machines in pieces, Mike gets involved in many other aspects of the business such as deliveries and pickups, answering client queries and keeping the warehouse in order.
In his spare time, Mike thinks deeply about test cricket and debates the latest All Blacks selection. Each day, he strives to beat his personal best on his bike ride to work.
Brandon Kotze

Brandon Kotze moved to New Zealand with his family looking for a brighter future. He has over 15 year’s experience in the industry. He has recently moved to Nelson from South Africa with his family and is enjoying exploring the top of the South Island.
Brandon’s interests include building hot rods and spending time with his family.

IT Technician
Ian has vast experience in installing and supporting a wide range of hardware and software solutions. One of Ian’s key strengths is his ability to understand a clients requirements and complete the implementation to achieve the best outcome possible.
Ian spends much of his time with our process automation software enhancing processes for our clients. He gets under the hood to understand your exact business requirements to maximize the value our solutions unlock.
In his spare time Ian enjoys gaming, gardening and long walks on the beach.

Angela manages our parts and consumables holdings to ensure we have the parts needed to support your devices quickly and efficiently.
Angela loves spending time with her border collie playing training games and out hiking. She looks forward to winter for the snowboarding and has been known to sacrifice a couple of weeks in summer to play in the snow in Japan.
